Feed the Flock: Gamecocks Feeding Gamecocks
Feed the Flock is a hands-on initiative committed to ending hunger in the greater USC community—one meal at a time. In partnership with Carolina Food Co., we repurpose prepared, unused food into individually packaged meals, which are distributed through the USC CommUnity Shop and other campus locations. By reducing food waste and expanding access to nutritious, ready-to-eat meals, Feed the Flock supports both sustainability and food security on campus—making sure no one goes without a nourishing meal.
From weekly meal distributions to nutrition education and emergency food support, Feed the Flock empowers Gamecocks to care for Gamecocks. But we can’t do it alone. Whether you're a student, faculty/staff member, or community partner—join us, volunteer, or donate, and help us feed the flock together!
In just two short months, Feed the Flock has provided more than 3,000 meals to Gamecocks.
