Help support the Phi Lambda Sigma (PLS) Zeta Chapter at the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy in our journey to foster and promote leadership development within the pharmacy profession.
Phi Lambda Sigma`s purpose is to promote the development of leadership qualities, especially among pharmacy students. Within the Zeta Chapter of PLS, we offer a variety of opportunities and events that allow us to enhance student leadership skills. Our chapter offers seminar opportunities, health and well-being initiatives, school wide leadership challenges as well as CV reviews for incoming P1s. As PLS members, we strive to uphold the utmost excellence within our college and be the best pharmacy students we can be.
How you can help?
We are asking for your support to help our members improve their own leadership skills, expand current chapter offerings and create new initiatives to further the reach of our chapter through the following:
Student registration to the UofSC Student Leadership and Diversity Conference
The StrengthsFinder assessment is a personal development tool developed by Gallup Education, which provides an individual with their “Top 5” strengths. 34 different strength themes are divided into four domains of Strategic Thinking, Relationship Building, Influencing and Executing.

Registration for Phi Lambda Sigma Summer Leadership Summit
The Career Development Retreat is a new initiative by UofSC PLS Zeta Chapter to foster career and professional development with local leaders for active collegiate PLS members. This sponsorship would help support this new event.
Donations helps cover the costs of PLS Initiation ceremony
Sponsor a night the students will always remember. The initiation banquet is a wonderful tradition and warm way to welcome new students to the PLS society.
