One Week

What can we do in a week?  Take a family vacation? Have a productive week at work? Send our kids to summer camp? At Cocky’s Reading Express, this next week is very important!  We have 7 days left to reach our goal of $25,000.  Please help us put more books in the hands of more kids in South Carolina.  One week to us might mean a lifetime of reading to each of them.

How can you help?  Please consider taking your weekly lunch budget, your weekly morning coffee costs or even the amount of your weekly grocery bill and donating it to Cocky’s Reading Express.

We’re making great progress with the Cocky’s Reading Express crowdfunding campaign!  The $8,000+ we have raised so far will allow us to share our love of reading with more of South Carolina’s families.  Every dollar raised will help us purchase more books and travel more miles!

On Saturday, CRE spent the morning at Columbia’s award-winning Soda City Market.  Families learned about the importance of reading every day, kids received new books and everyone enjoyed meeting Cocky!  Thanks to all of the generous folks who donated at the market.
